  5 * ordered this “Dog Chaser” and it was delivered to the wrong address. Seller checked the tracking and quickly replaced the item. Thank you! PS: The Chaser works great and with the two settings it has longer range than our old one did. So in my humble opinion, the item is better than described! Great value, looks nice, arrived well packaged and in perfect condition!! Highly recommend the item and this seller!!

  I received an Email saying the product was delivered but I didn't receive it. Probably the mail carrier gave it to another person. It was in my mailbox the next day. No problems from the seller. The product was just as described. The seller was very responsive and ready to act for a solution.

  Great seller, USPS failed to deliver the package, they lost it, it was not the fault of the seller at all, This trust worthy seller, send a second packge to replace the lost package, The seller did not charge me for the second package. USPS is a disgarce service for long time, they do not hold them self responsible nor liable of any thing toward the public. . I appreciate this seller for their generousity by sending a FREE replacement.

  Not sure what happened on this foam tape order. I think because the return address label was on one side of the small package and the label wrapped around the package with my address on other side, the Post Office looked at the Return address as the TO address so it went back to sender according to tracking. Received refund and reordered. Apparently weeks later received that tape roll after having reordered and had received. Need to, with Sharpie, write TO: and FROM: in front of addresses.

  I haven't received the items yet because of USPS issues BUT the seller has been proactive in trying to get to the issues resolved. The seller has been very good in keeping me updated. He has decided to replace the original shipment with another. Great communication the entire time. I would buy from him again.
