  Multiple purchases from this seller , zero problems, I received an incorrect sized strap , no particular fault as they were 2mm in size difference. Emailed the seller who was prompt in sending me another at no extra cost. I returned the package from the UK and the seller offered to refund the postage but it wasn't particularly expensive so I'm happy to just have the right strap for my watch. Great quality item at a price that isn't out of reach . Highly recommend seller

  There was a small delivery issue (not the seller’s fault), but they handled it sincerely and quickly. Communication was excellent, and the watch is exactly as described — beautiful and in perfect working condition. I really appreciate the seller’s honesty and support. Highly recommended!

  AFTER HAVING TO PAY OVER £127 IN FEES TO RECEIVE THE ITEM IN THE UK FROM GERMANY - (NOT MENTIONED ON SELLER'S PAGE, ALTHOUGH IT IS IN LEFT FEEDBACK AFTER A SUBSEQUENT DEEP DIVE). THEY ACTUALLY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM! COMMUNICATIONS FROM THEIR SIDE WERE SPORADIC & FALSE. WITH PROPOSALS THAT THEY OFFERED WERE THEN UNFORTHCOMING RESULTING IN MY HAVING TO CONTACT EBAY ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS FOR THE ITEM REFUND ONLY, NOT THE CHARGES APPLIED FOR AN ITEM I DON'T HAVE - POOR, SHAMBOLIC & DISAPPOINTING!!!

  Postage: As per listing, Packaging: Good, As described: As per listing, however, black strap show in photos and I received a brown strap, Value: As per listing plus a little over £70 for duty tax before Parcelforce would deliver the watch (not unexpected). Other 1: I expected a black strap on my watch, however, the brown strap fitted matches the rose gold casing perfectly. Other 2: I already a black dial version of this alarm watch and love it (dial looks like a dial in a steam locomotive to me)
