  Anita was so lovely to chat to and took time to answer any questions I asked, and she’s pretty funny too. The book is in basically pristine condition, especially being from the 80’s and the price was really great honestly in comparison to other sellers.   I am very happy with this purchase. It is exactly as described and it arrived on time in very good condition. The packaging was secure. My grandson is studying architecture at university, this book is a gift for him and I’m sure he will love it. As always with EBay it was very good value for money so all round I’m very happy to recommend this seller.
