  Sakura Selections immediately contacted me when there was an issue with the stock of the item I ordered. They offered multiple options and went above and beyond to get the item to my door. Even though the item was not in stock they still helped get it to me. My item even arrived before the expected timeframe quoted by eBay - before the issue was discovered. I will always check their shop first when shopping for items from Japan, and I would even pay more for peace of mind to work with them.
