  The Cherished Teddies 1996 Tabitha "You're the Cat's Meow Halloween" is adorable! She is very well-made and well designed. She looks fabulous. I am so pleased with her. She was wrapped in packing paper, was shipped in her original box, which was wrapped in more packing paper inside a sturdy box. She arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
