  After communicating with Blaine, he resolved my issues. Did an excellent job of conveying how his shipping costs work. He also agreed to send replacement decals. I am glad it worked out, he showed great patience and I am more than satisfied.

  Typical. The people you do the most for, appreciate it the least. These are printed on very durable printable vinyl, and are weather-proof. And, as an eBay seller, I am required to send all item using a tracking number. I lost money on the shipping.
