  I ordered two of these packs of star wars cards but received two packs of One Piece instead. I immediately wrote the seller who apologized but only offered a $60 refund. When I rebutted a supervisor responded and handled the situation very well. They first asked for me to return the boxes and would pay shipping but then ultimately gave me a full refund and let me keep the two boxes of One Piece. I am very happy with the service and care.

  Awesome, trusted seller and held true to original preorder even though other sellers on ebay canceled orders. Took longer than initially expected, but 151 surprise had a known distribution issue and limits (not sellers fault) when first released. Seller contacted and offered either full refund or to wait longer for supply. I chose to wait and seller was able to fulfill original order. Items arrived in great condition and quickly once shipped.   Shipment was fast and secure. Packaging was impeccable! Item as described, and I was in awe when I opened the box. Much better in person than the pictures could’ve ever captured. Excited to add this to my Hello Kitty collection! Appearance is sweet and adorable! I thank the seller for having this item. Wonderful quality, and item in perfect condition.   The cars was very carefully packaged and was done in a way that also made it easy to open without damaging the card. The seller was also reasonable when it came down to negotiating on the price too. The card came in exactly the same condition as in the photos, and looks phenomenal. Great quality all around

  I had received a box set of marvel avengers cards instead of the one piece but the seller gave me a full refund and also allowed me to keep the marvel box set. Shipping was fast, the package arrived before I was expecting it.
