  Very honest eBay seller. Great customer service, excellent communication, very kind seller. Fast shipping, good packaging. Item as describe/pictured. Sadly, I had to return it because the fitting was big, but it was a beautiful blouse. Seller refunded money as soon as I shipped the item back. I would buy again from this amazing seller. Good value, reasonable shipping cost, excellent quality. Highly recommended, A+++

  The dress is brand new with tags as described. The plastic minimally sized mailing bag was delivered 01/17, a week after I ordered and shoved into my mailbox. The dress was too small as expected and I immediately returned it. Returns are accepted for full refunds if retuned within 30 days. Therefore, I wasted no time in returning the dress. Hopefully , my refund will be processed the day the seller receives.

  I will change the feedback to Neutral as Seller poisednprepped has requested and I have no ill will. I am happy that she refunded me. In the future, not only advertising, selling and shipping the correct product should be top priority, but empathy and consideration for your Customer! It is inconvenient not only to receive incorrect product from what was ordered, but then have to contact for return, package it, send back and hope to receive money back, all due to a Seller error?!

I know you requested a partial refund and to keep my item and unfortunately I do not offer partial refunds in my store.
