    Great experience, no issues and received the bag 1 week after I completed the purchase. The bag was well wrapped and protected so it wasn't damaged in shipping. Overall the bag was as described, although the bag was much less structured than I anticipated but nothing that bag insert couldn't help fix. Bag had an "old, storage" odor, but I definitely feel that I got a great deal (I didn't pay $3,000 for a new Dior bag) and the hardware is so shiny, minimal scratches, and the piping was perfect!

    Wow, what a fantastically kind seller! I had mentioned my purchase is for my wife's birthday and they had put items in the package for her birthday, write kind words and just went above and beyond to make this extremely special. I didn't request this or think anything like this would be done, they did this out of pure kindness, amazing!!! I am extremely grateful. Not to mention the item we purchased was in immaculate condition and perfectly described.
