  Part arrived just wrapped in bubble wrap and taped. No box or added bubble wrap at the ends. Shipping was decent speed, product is used as described but got damaged in transit due to not enough protection. It is fixable but we have to take time now to fix the header. All in all decent seller, drives a hard bargain wish they would spend a little more effort on packaging for transport as the carriers don't care about these packages/parts.

  The used 05 DB9 bumper I ordered & received from PnwPartsZone was just like advertised in the written description and in the photos. Surprisingly it came undamaged during shipping. Sometimes parts that size and age can suffer damage from all the handling it goes through getting it to its final destination. The price was great. Free shipping is always great!   I originally contacted the seller on 2/25/25 about the misses parts on the item I bought. After multiple messages and starting a return. I finally received the missing parts on 3/24/25. Unfortunately I will never be purchasing from this seller again. This is my first negative review I've ever gave a seller. Pleases do better in the future.

  Offered the buyer a full refund but they just wanted me to send them the missing hose, I was away for a long time and sent it to the buyer as soon as I was in town.
