  I had chatted with the seller before buying to be sure the new piece was a direct replacement. (It is.) After ordering, the part arrived quickly, double packed in Tyvek envelopes, then in factory packaging, in perfect condition. I chose it partly for the color (to finish a Rickenbacker 4003 with black trim), and partly for the brand, which is known for enhancing tone and playability. I recommend the brand and seller, and feel I got a bargain!

  fast shipping good tracking until it entered Canada and then no tracking due to DHL/ Canada post lack of communication with each other. Nice tuners have them on another of my guitars, great price be ready to pay the duties which were never or rarely charged in the past. Recommended seller thanks.
