  A truly exceptional seller with equally excellent customer service. Had a minor hiccup of an issue that wasn't her fault, but the particular postal carrier of that day who chose to lose or disregard the redelivery notice. Finally have my lovely item delivered today. The DVD is brand new/carefully packaged which is very much appreciated. Thanks! Great deal too. I cannot state how wonderful she is/so helpful. Bought another FATM DVD from her before & would not hesitate to buy if again. 10/10.

  Relatively quick shipment. Case arrived slightly damaged - item wrapped between two pieces of cardboard and then tightly in bubble wrap - the "teeth" holding the CD in place were broken as a result, along with some stress fractures on the rest of the case. Given the high price point, I would have expected better packaging. It was factory sealed but damaged in transit.
