  I bought (2) from this seller, they are love again on Blu-ray, and resident evil: death island dvd..arrived earlier than expected..no rips/tears/scratches/dents on either package/ or case..excellent price..brand new as advertised..would buy again from seller..AA++ all around..following pictures don't lie..ps: did ask seller to combine items together, seller did comply..thanks

  They made it RIGHT!!!! I had received a damaged steelbook in the mail and was heartbroken. I reached out to their customer service and they replaced my item with another steelbook that came in as described BRAND NEW! The item was packaged very carefully and shipped very fast!   Item arrived well packed and in great shape. Unfortunately, the USPS seems to have lost the package for the better part of a week, delivering it a week later than originally communicated. Out of the seller’s control, and not their fault. Seller communicated promptly and was willing to offer a replacement, which is no longer needed. Would purchase from them again!

  The blu ray came in wrapped brand new not opened as described. The quality was very good. It was a great value for the cost of the movie. The appearance was in perfect condition. Came in after a few days so fast shipping as well. Over all great seller!!

  Item shipped a tad late but came in better condition than expected. Was well packaged and contained slipcover despite seller not thinking it did, but did communicate well and promptly when asked questions. Item was also on sale and got for a great price! Would buy from seller again. Thank you.

  I gave 3 stars and a positive review, even with the headaches I had on this purchase. My package got lost. In my investigation, I found that the USPS Memphis Mail Processing Center tends to be incompetent. But the seller sent me a replacement, once a line of communication started.
