  Item description was for a pack of 25 washers but I received only single washers. The seller quickly admitted that it was a listing mistake and issued a full refund right away. This a a serious and reputable business, I would buy from them again no problem.

  The chip came well packed in an electrostatic safe sleeve and shipped via fedex. This is a new product (although discontinued by manufacturer) and comes with a 2 year warranty. Price with shipping was a bit more than other sellers, but I wanted the part ASAP and was definitely worth it. There was also an unexpected surprise in the shipment as a way to say "Thanks for ordering from us!". I've kept this seler in my favorites, and will definitely use them again.

  So far so good as far as it working properly. I ordered this from another seller, and they never shipped it or answered any of my messages asking where it was and when it was going to be shipped for over 3 weeks. I appreciate the prompt shipping and condition of the packaging.

  I am glad that there is a company that provides hard-to-find discontinued machinery parts. This much needed part was well packaged, and shipped clear across the USA arriving just a day late, but the company was able to let me know when it would arrive. I am satisfied doing business with this company, and should I ever need something else that may be hard to find, I will check with them.
