  The seller used one general picture for all the items he is selling. The item came in without front terminal connectors. He said he can mail me a replacement but he wants me to close the Ebay case first. This is not the regular process of Ebay. He told me I can reopen the case if I am not satisficed with the replacement. But I can't reopen it if I close it. The seller is trying to lure you to close the case. I finally got the refund. But I do not like the way he is handling the dispute.
