  Good Ebayer and shipper...had a little confusion on the purchase (they didn't know I had purchased them until I got ahold of them to ask why there was no tracking available yet) and hoped they would get it to me before mothers day (I was told they would get it here by then, didn't happen) but my wife loved it when they finally showed up.

  There was a technological error that occurred with the order outside the control of the seller. However the seller went above and beyond to identify, correct and then rectify the situation on their own. Seller communicated well the issue and without having to involve eBay on my behalf.
