  I was able to keep in contact with the seller because FedEx forgot to ship the item due to misplacement of it in their warehouse he made sure that FedEx found the package and in turn shipped it very very good communication

  Great service, thanks. I know this is marked delivered, but I never received it. I am certain the USPS delivered to one of my neighbors by mistake. I have a neighborhood mailbox and very often my mail gets misdelivered. This time, someone kept it, I am sure. I am not asking for you to do anything. Not your fault. I thought you should know.

  Seller canceled the order with the note "Issue with buyer's shipping address". When questioned what was the issue, the seller never responded. Refund issued.

  Received antenna which was exactly as described and confirmed by seller. Extremely easy less than 2-minute assembly, took longer to open the box! LOL! Connected to TV and works perfect. Why RCA ever discontinued production is a mystery. Very pleased with delivery which was much faster than anticipated or suggested when order was placed, and seller was helpful and accomadating. Would buy from store again. .
