  Item arrived with note from vendor that he had runout of the size ordered with an apology and a substitution that was perfectly acceptable. Delivery was prompt. Communication was great. This is what all vendors should strive for. I would definitely by from him again!

  I can not say enough positive things about both the quality of the product as well as the amazing customer service! I accidentally ordered 2 separate orders of the same item. Most sellers would have just sent both to me. This seller took the time to contact me via email as well as via phone to check if it was my intent and then worked to correct MY mistake for me and get me a refund. I use the product to make models as well as using it for wedding centerpieces and favors.
