  The item arrived undamaged, although not in its original box. The item(s) appear to be as described: original and genuine. My printer will let me know if there is any difference, but since I don't need the new ink for a couple weeks, do not know how well it will work. But I do trust this seller and their high ratings, so will purchase from them again and recommend this seller.

  Reliable vendor, repeat customer. Prices have edged up but still worthwhile for now. Ships quick, well sealed heavy duty carton with thick plastic bag containing cartridges. Work fine with recycling programs.

  Brother INK cartridge as described arrived in bag (no box) , which isn't that unusual on eBay. Haven't used it yet. However, the cartridge bag was NOT vacuumed sealed and shorter in length than my other Brother ink packages. Item bag also stated a "new design change" meaning bagged cartridge was shipped without green and orange ink protector. Also, no expiration date could be found. All above together has left me a bit uncomfortable about this Brother ink purchase. I hope it works.
