The company’s communication was excellent. They kept me informed through the whole process. They sent pictures of the model prior to shipping for final approval. They immediately got my approval because the craftsmanship was so good. Once they shipped the model it only took a few days to arrive. Detail was magnificent!! Seller kept in touch also during the 2 month process. A+++ The process at customs could have been better. Shipment was held up for 6 days. Had to speak to FedEx twice on the phone and they had to send me a TSCA form which I had to fill out and e-mail back otherwise shipment would not have been released.
