  Despite losing parcel by UPS, eventual delivery by some dude, the parcel made it through unscathed. It took me a half hour to unwrap- the hallmark of spectacular safe packing. I absolutely love my new tree! Very nice seller, more than fair mailing cost, shipped promptly. I also loved the price, too.

  Love the item! I purchased it on 9/20, it was shipped on 9/21 and I finally received it on 10/16. Not sure what happened to it on its journey but the box was in terrible shape and had two smashed corners. Shout-out to the seller for excellent packaging because the item was not damaged. The shipping time wasn't the seller's fault, so I won't deduct any stars. Excellent seller! Thank you!
