  Item was received as new in shrink wrap and was working as described, but even though the jacket it came in had visible creases upon opening, I was able to resolve this with the seller, who was able to come up with a quick, mutual solution with great communication in the process. The packaging was great from top to bottom with only a low postage fee. I would have the absolute pleasure of ordering from this seller again.

  Sorry for the delay in feedback, I have only just had chance to open the item. Firstly postage was super speedy and arrived before I expected. The item was very well packaged and was in absolutely perfect condition and just as described in the advert (if not better than expected).   This item said there was damage to the box, but it arrived in perfect condition. The description also stated it would be sent second class, but it was actually sent 48 hours tracked delivery which was very much appreciated and a wonderful surprise as it got here quickly and safely - thank you! The item was packaged with care and very securely - the person receiving this item was over the moon and said it was a good price. I would recommend this seller and would 100% buy from them in the future.

  Great seller! Item arrived in time and good communication response, even though it was listed as new and sealed the Blu-ray case came broken and did not close properly, but still in good condition. Also even though it is region A, I thought it might have been region locked but it still played on the PS5 which brought in the UK. Recommend buying off this seller.🙂
