  Sold as new. Once received, item had sheets missing. Requested a partial refund but seller refused and said they would only accept a return. I opened an item not described case and got return shipping. Seller said they video every shipment. I asked for the video as I felt I was not in the wrong. Overall, not a good buying experience. Will not buy from this seller again.

  Buyer fishing for partial refund= red flag for a scammer. Buyer was reported to eBay for misusing returns- sent item back destroyed and torn apart - yes we video our eBay process, video was sent to eBay to appeal the refund and to document the buyers actions with what they did to the item. Buyer never asked for said video, lie #2. We do not lie or mislead buyers, as you can see by our feedback. eBay states buyer always asks sellers for partial refunds, please do not sell to this person. F+
