I contacted the seller direct and told them about the problem and they refunded me straight away with out any arguing. The value was great. the postage was a good price and it got to me in good time. The packaging was prefect as the item got to me just as it left the seller, as I could see the photographs. This is definitely a trusted seller that I will deal with again.

Initially, the postman delivered the parcel to the wrong address and while I was trying to track it down (which I eventually did), I was in communication with the seller, keeping them informed. A superb seller who takes care to make sure cd is protected in post. so very positive experience of the seller to be fair. And of course it is up to the seller to put their price on a cd for sale.
