  Item quality is excellent and great packaging meant the item arrived in perfect condition. There was an item missing from the original parcel but when I contacted the seller, they rectified the matter promptly. I cannot fault the service from this seller at all.

  The mount arrived within 48 hours of ordering and was safely packaged with a piece of wood and shrink wrap to protect it. I messaged my enquiry and the seller was very helpful in ensuring that I got precisely the right mount - I wanted it to fit a specific frame and have two offset holes in it to show off two pieces of embroidery. I chose primrose rather than white and it is really effective at bringing out the colours on the embroidery. I’m delighted with the mount and grateful for their help

  This was the 3rd frame I purchased in 2 months from the same seller. This one unfortunately had some shipping issues with getting damaged, and a replacement getting lost - none of it was the fault of the seller, but it’s worth noting as they kept me informed, responded quickly to my messages & ensured I got the frame I needed. Highly recommend.

  Incredible service. 2 frames ordered in particular sizes on 6 February 2025. Seller was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Frames arrived 8 February 2025 beautifully packaged; plenty of bubblewrap and cardboard to protect them from damage. Perfect sizing and well made. Couldn't have been better. I'm a very happy repeat customer.
