  Absolutely delighted. Was bought as damaged goods which were accurately described. Communication was spot on. Item arrived very well packed on its own pallet and arrived a day earlier than expected. Needless to say, I won't hesitate in conducting business again. Very impressed.

  Nothing wrong with the washer although not unpacked it yet. There was a mix up with the delivery as I ordered on Friday and got a message that said next day deliver, the washer did not arrive until the Monday. Checked with the seller who was good at getting back to me but they don’t normally deliver on a weekend unless you want to pay an extra £48. The deliver company did not let me know when they were arriving, luckily I have a back garden that they were able to leave it on a pallet.
