  Seller and product get 5 stars. Dinged for shipping FedEx. We've contacted them about their horrible service to no avail. Our only option is to ding the seller with hopes they will not use them in the future. This item was 'out for delivery' 5 times, 4 times not delivered. They always have a lame excuse. This is not the exception. It has become the norm for them. We have quite a few items delivered and every time we cringe when we find out it's on FedEx. Sellers, wake up!

  the product was as described, the seller's communication was great, unfortunately Fed Ex was the issue. Fed Ex delivered the product 4 days late and delivered the product to the wrong house. the delivery was made to my neighbor 2 house away! I received a text message the product was delivered and came home and there was no package on my stoop.
