The only fault is that it had 8GB ram rather than 16GB, however they messaged me about this before postage and offered me a full refund if I wasn’t happy with that, which is amazing. The packaging was great, with both shredded paper and bubble wrap to protect the item, it arrived as described and was such a great bargain, £300ish less than I would’ve had to pay brand new!
