  Il pacco è arrivato manomesso ,la scatola tagliata ,il venditore sbaglia colore dell'oggetto ,chiedo come fare il reso nessuna risposta,chiedo la fattura mai arrivata. Pessimo venditore e assistenza ,fortunatamente almeno l'oggetto era integro anche se non del colore ordinato. Deluso da questa esperienza presso questo venditore

  Ciao, i nostri telefoni sono spediti non DHL che sono molto seri, si consiglia di ricevere i pacchi da soli e non da una terza persona (un tabacco nel vostro caso). Hai tutti i diritti di rifiutare il pacco danneggiato ma non l'hai fatto perché è passato da una terza persona. Eccezionalmente accettiamo il ritorno, perché c'è un errore di colore, è necessario fare la richiesta di ritorno aurpès da Ebay.
