  Item as described. Shipped promptly and arrived intact. Packing consisted of only a plain letter envelope, no padding. Seller provided an invalid tracking number which forced me to waste my time trying to track it and then following up in communication with the seller, who could not provide a satisfactory explanation. I would possibly buy from this seller again, but I won't try to track the shipment. Seller grade: B-

  We had a slight mix-up with the quantity received, but because of that I can say that this seller was quick to respond to my messages and resolved the issue with no problems. Great communication. The items arrived safely packaged and quickly. The items are brand new, exactly the quality described and shown. These USB-C hubs work very well and are a very good deal.   I have been using ebay for as long as I can remember. This order was lost at USPS shipping. I informed the seller and was immediately refunded with an apology even when it was not their fault. Of course, the USPS found the package and delivered it a couple of days later. I wrote to seller to payback, but the seller refused payment in exchange for the inconvenience! Great seller!

  Item description was inaccurate. It tells “expires 2035”, but the “use by” date on product package tells 1/2034. From the seller’s reply to my message I could tell the the seller did not even read my message. However, product was good and was shipped promptly.
