  Item arrived as described. Shipping was delayed a day, but no fault of the seller. The packaging could have been better. A small piece broke off during shipping but I was able to reattach. I realize the product is an awkward shape, but more padding could have prevented the damage. Overall, satisfied with the product and appreciate the value.
