  Unfortunately much to my dismay, the butterfly was damaged in shipping even though it was packaged right and shipped quickly. The butterfly was as described and I am so sad that it was broken. Worth the price. I cannot say enough about this Seller. He was very attentive and acted promptly to make sure that the issue was corrected and refunded me immediately. He did not require a return but I wanted to return the item to him in case it could be repaired. Highly recommend!

  Product as described. Took 15 days to get here. Paid on the 8th shipped on the 15th. This is where communication is key. Things happen, I understand. Needed for 8yr old birthday on the 18th. Packaged well. I would buy from this seller again.

  Arrived in good time and well-packaged. Was missing a few small pieces (guns that affix to the ship hull) -- not a huge deal, but would've been a good thing to explicitly mention in the description. You can however see that those pieces aren't there if you look closely at the photos in the listing.
