  In his description, the seller said that the 11 CD set was VG condition and cover was "fair". When I got CD set in the mail, there were only 9 CDs, the binding of the set fell apart and the cover was also stained. The seller offered me a $15 refund and I told him I preferred the 2 missing CDs. Then he left me a bad review as a buyer. All I can say is this seller is dishonest and that's about the worst thing one can say about an ebay seller.
