  Seller took over two weeks to send out my order, untracked. The courier tried to deliver but stated no one was at home to collect even though I was. Had I been provided with a tracking number I would have kept an eye out for the courier. At this point I had asked the seller to redirect the parcel back to themselves and issue a refund which they agreed to. That’s not what happened though. Now the parcel is awaiting collection at a parcel locker which I have to go out of my way to collect. Thanks!

  Had purchased 2 Messi pops, was sent untracked, as I didn't see Reg. Post option. Was marked sent. Waited a few weeks, didn't arrive and reached out to seller who was happy to look into it and assist. Being untracked postage, not much he could do. I did wait for his response, no reply after a few days, so I put in a refund. Would purchase from again if I could get Reg. Post Option.

When you first contacted us about the tracking number, we explained the issue, offered a full refund, and provided the option to cancel. You chose to proceed and wait for delivery.   Item came well packaged and somewhat in time. Public holidays effected it’s delivery, so not at fault of the sender. Very happy with the purchase.
