  The item's conditions are good as described and the parcel was well packed with bubble wrap. The price is quite high but honestly fair for this kind of rare book. It took about two weeks to deliver the package in Italy, which to me is totally acceptable. Getting in contact with the seller is easy, they respond within a few hours and ship same day. Overall, very happy!

  I will say that it took the seller a very long time, more than the average time it should be to even get a label (like 3 weeks?), but they communicated with me very well, and every time i asked too, so amazing communication. I must say that the packaging was very close to my toy, one layer of bubble wrap, tho the product i ordered came in the condition that was shown in the photos, very well done 👍👍👍 im happy, my son will finally get the toy he wanted this year 😄😄😄 i recommend this seller

  Shipping took a little longer than i expected but seller communicated with me all across the way. Product was well packaged and protected and matched the description of the listing. I am very satisfied with the product and would do business with this seller again.

  Item arrived in good order, as described. Well packaged. Sennheiser makes excellent equipment. Shipping was a problem. It took three weeks before a label was even printed or a tracking number issued, and another week and more prodding to get the seller to actually give the package to FedEx. After that, I had the mic within a few days. This was probably not normal for this seller as they have a long and positive track record. They were courteous throughout.

  J’ai acheté deux figurines, et je suis globalement satisfait de mon expérience. Le colis était bien emballé, ce qui a assuré une bonne protection durant le transport. Malheureusement, l’une des figurines est arrivée avec un défaut. Cependant, le vendeur a été très commerçant et a su compenser ce désagrément de manière professionnelle. La communication tout au long de la transaction a été fluide et agréable. Je recommande ce vendeur pour son sérieux et son sens du service client.

  Part was exactly as described, in brand new OEM packaging. Seller communication was fantastic and speedy. Shipping was a bit slow but that may have been due to ordering before the holidays. Once item was shipped it was relieved in 2-3 days.
