  Great item, as described, had some damage as was a return, but was well aware of that prior to purchasing. A little disappointed with packaging, as had lots of holes and damage to box, maybe the reason I had some missing bolts. But for the price I can’t complain, as works fine.

  The company were quick to send my order out but were let down by the courier who seemed to hold onto it for much longer than they should. After contacting the company to complain that I hadn't received my order, they sprang into action and my order was delivered the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend the company, their communication was excellent, they were very helpful and the dog food was good quality at a good price. 10 out of 10, many thanks.

  The item is fine although seller very slow to post (marked as dispatched and label generated but not taken to the actual post office) - it ended up taking appx 18 days to receive from point of order and I did all the chasing! - the seller could do a lot more to communicate with factual information not just generic messages. I very nearly cancelled.

  Great item and packaged well. Needed it sooner and Royal Mail didn’t keep their side of delivery times being on time so not the sellers fault but when I messaged saying wasn’t delivered yet I got a quick response and apology bug then again I do live on an Island bug can’t fault the seller

  Arrived in a flimsy, battered box, packaged higgledy piggledy, one sachet about to burst with gas. Seller was communicative and offered return or a discount on the goods, which I accepted. I would not use this company again for catfood, despite the attractive price.

  This itam arrived to it was very well packed and is excellent. The seller posted very quickly. But as royal mail gave me 3 different delivery dates and dod not come on the soo I ask the seller if they could help .which they did brilliant seller and service 👏 would buy off this seller again.
