  Due to a courier issue this item didn’t arrive with the tow bar kit I’d also ordered (the box was trashed). However customer service (Danny) was brilliant and resolved the issue more quickly than my phone reception could respond to! As for the product, I’ve yet to fit it but going by how fantastically helpful they’ve been I can’t imagine that there will be any further issues. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with this seller.

  I ordered the wrong tow bar didn't read description properly. sent it back got full refund. had a link sent by them to get the right one. ordered it came very quickly and appsalotly no hassle very very good seller.

  Positive feedback due to communication and being proactive on their part - item was out of stock (very rare occurance) and the lead time was weeks away for a supply date. Refund issued. Would happily deal with again based on customer service alone. Well done!
