  The seller had listed the item incorrectly. It was not what I wanted.I was pleasant when I contacted the seller. Then seller wrote back, they rude, condescending and arrogant. So I wrote back and said what I felt that was wrong about the description and how I didn’t feel like it was described correctly.The seller came back and was rude, condescending and arrogant again. I would not recommend this to anyone. If I could give zero stars, that’s exactly what I would give. It’s was just awful.

  I have sold thousands of my collars and you are the first one to complain about my buckles for my collars. If you had looked at my photos you would have seen that it was not a belt buckle like you wanted. I offered you to send it back for a refund but you continued to argue with me that I didn’t know what I was doing. I have almost 5000 positive feedbacks showing that people are happy with my product that I handmake. Can’t made everyone happy I guess.
