Trying to get a response or resolution just as painful, I gave up never got refund on the price difference either. Just don’t use them save yourself the hassle, they’ll get it wrong and fob you off until it cost you more time than it’s worth. Their also selling stock they don’t have and drop shipping at a higher price.
