This is the second one I have ordered the first one looked decent and acceptable. The second one the pendant did not have the same shine, and it did not look like it was made to the same quality of the first one. Our all items are handmade and any two items cannot be exactly same as the other one. Though, we offered to replace it free of cost if he returns the item but the buyer refused to send it back. In retaliation he left a Negative feedback, is this fair?
