    After having made a mistake on the first Urn I ordered, I contacted the company to ask if there was anything they could do. They suggested I send the Urn back, and they would include the Surname that I had forgotten to add, but it would not be centred. To be honest, it would not have been too much of an issue, as it was only 4 letters. Then the guy came up with a better idea: he would send a completely new Urn with the fixed wording for a fraction of the price I took the offer and all is good.

They provided a revision proof of engravement to make sure it was perfect. Shipping from the UK to FL was quite reasonable, Professionally packaged.
