  The Tiffany Inkwell had been carefully packaged, and arrived safely in a timely fashion; however, the black plastic insert for the glass ink insert could not be removed. In attempting to remove the plastic insert, it broke, and the glass ink insert had been chipped. I sent an eBay message to this seller, and he immediately agreed to a partial refund, which was credited to my account. The seller is a man with integrity; and I will purchase again from this seller; for, he is indeed a gentleman.

  Always a great experience buying from Judds. The pen was exactly as pictured and shipped fast. Packaging was excellent and kept the pen well protected. Shipping costs were good, no complaints.   The deal was made, the seller packed and shipped in good time. The knife arrived in as described condition, with one exception. The knife was listed as used. I looked and can find no proof of use. The knife is actually in like new condition. When buying something online there is always a risk. This knife is in perfect condition, that makes it an even better value. Highly recommend this seller.   The pipe I received had damage to the stem from biting too hard, not mentioned in the description. I complained and was issued a full refund without even asking for it. An apology and at most a partial would have been more than enough. I still like the pipe, even though I would not have bought had I been aware. It wasn't in any of the photos. I will definitely buy from this seller again and highly recommend them. Not often does this happen where customer service is so awesome. Thank you so much

  Knife was just as described. Perfect condition. Shipping was fast and packaging was done well. Definitely got more than my moneys worth. This is not a ding to the seller, this is on me, but if there isn’t a box with the knife I would have liked to have know that from the description. However that’s on me as there was no box pictured and I didn’t ask like I should have. I’m still more than pleased with this purchase and the seller.
