  Unfortunately when my perfume samples arrived, one was completely smashed (they were in glass bottles), and the other one had leaked. I did contact the seller with pictures and asked kindly if I could be reimbursed as I had now paid for shattered glass and a nice smelling envelope. Cost £7.99 and they said they would reimburse me £3 which I feel was a little unfair. Still have not received refund after 2 weeks so unfortunately I am unable to leave a more positive review which is a shame 😞

  Worst experience I have had with a seller in 15 years. Goods delivered in an empty bag with an apology from Royal Mail about damage that seller denied initially, the no communication, no goods and no refund.
