  I made a purchase through this seller, I bought 2 items that were detailed on the sales page, when I received the purchase it was not what I ordered and one of the items did not come with the corresponding connector and the other connector does not match the photograph, is this customer a scam or what is happening?

  They shipped the wrong switch and then wanted to argue with me about it. We had several correspondence back and forth and they act like they did not want to return my money. I will not use a seller again.

  Buyer has no clue what they are buying, and refused to admit fault. We showed him that the part he bought (SLA1017) with other sellers and merchants outside of eBay is exactly what is pictured, not what he thought.

  My address was not updated and the seller helped fix the situation by refunding my original order as it hadn’t been shipped at that point, so I could reorder with the correct address. Thank you for your help.
