He sounded like he just wanted me off the phone, he also said he would call me back once his supervisor had looked into it. Aaron never called back. Tried calling Aaron back and wouldn’t take my call. Tried emailing him and nothing! Finally spoke to a guy named Fred who helped me figure it out. Ebay customer service helped too. Thanks Fred! The set is tough! Stick welded. I approve! Boo Aaron!

When this item was not shipped by the expected delivery date, I contacted the seller and found that it was to be shipped from the manufacturer. This was also the time of the California wildfires, so I'm not upset that it may have been affected. The order has since been delivered, and once again it is exactly what I ordered. I will continue to use them as the need arises. Thank you.

Prepare to ask it 2 or 3 times before they answer it. Amazing places like this stay in business. Very rare I leave reviews but there utter lack of competence deserves one today.
