  Seller was very commutative in rectifying the situation that happened as a result of the courier that damaged and misplaced the product after it was shipped. They made it right and made it very easy to return the item. Seller was very professional and helpful through the whole process. Item description and shipping time was of no fault of theirs and entirely that of the courier and the seller did everything in their power to make things right. I appreciate and respect that.

  I'm sorry that the item took longer than expected. This was shipped the very next day after purchase. You did select USPS ground advantage at the time of checkout. There are faster shipping options available. This is by far the rudest feedback I have ever received. The fact that you can accuse me of all this is just plain disgusting. Could this item have gotten damaged in shipping? I know without a doubt that it wasn't damaged when it left here. You are welcome to return it for a refund.

  Had an issue with shipping at first, contacted them and they got me sorted out right away. The package was sufficiently packed, and after I got the right one sent to me, it was exactly as described. Good price considering it had the grease zerts installed. Would definitely order from these guys again.

  A+ seller is top notch in every aspect. I got a msg asking for a picture of my key prior to them shipping to ensure I picked blank correctly. Unfortunately I didn’t see msg until after they shipped. I received the blank super fast. I didn’t pick the correct one. I sent a msg with the pics they asked for originally. Before I exited the app I had a response with the correct item and my refund request approved. The service was so good I doubled my order. Cut them yesterday and they are perfect. A++

  Key blanks shipped super fast. Great communication. I ordered the wrong key blanks. Seller contacted me requesting my key info. He made correction to order so I would get the correct keys. Great above and beyond personal Five Star service.

  The seller is great; the Postal Service should have DOGE clean it out. Great communication and service. Item was about 2 weeks late, but to my knowledge, the seller was not responsible, but he took care of me as soon as he could.

  Item is as described and came packaged very well. Unfortunately, by no fault of the seller, packages go to the Philadelphia USPS distribution center to die. I did get it and I am happy with it and what I paid, it will work well for what I want to do. I would buy from this seller again
