  Ordered item on 22nd April , was marked as couriered on 23rd , had not arrived by 1st May , contacted regarding tracking info and purchase price was refunded . I didn't ask for a refund , I asked when the item would arrive . Poor communication . Possibly it was never sent as no tracking details were updated in the item description .
