  Shipping was fast, packaging was great, great value, and item looked to be as described but the item was defective. The bulbs wouldn't fit in the actual handheld device. I reached out to the seller and the immediately gave me a refund. Customer service was great! Although my item didn't come in as expected I would recommend this seller! Overall it was a positive experience. I ended up buying a new on Amazon.

  Seller was Awesome! United States Postal Service NOT SO MUCH. Took them a month to deliver this package. Clearly not the Sellers issue. Wife has almost not let this machine sit idle for more than a couple hours since she got it.

  The item has scratches on it , I ordered January 3rd , I just received it today February 10th . The seller did send out another because first shipment wasn't received. The seller was accommodating in sending a duplicate , so I'll say fairly positive experience.
