  The items arrived exactly as described. The seller was responsive when asked about shipping. The slow shipping was not their fault but FedEx's. I do appreciate the sellers assistance.

  The shipper quickly shipped the original item, but it was defective - displaying an error message when I installed it. The seller was quick to respond to my return request and immediately shipped out a replacement item which worked. Good customer service.

  Sale item is misleading. A pair is two, I received one. 'Pair of Treadmill Walking Belts' If there is a QTY of 1, then I am technically buying two (1 pair), if there is a QTY of 2 then I am technically buying 4 (2 pairs). Contacted seller. Have not received a reply. That said, package did arrive and is accurate, but I was under the impression I was buying a pair...

  Seller is indifferent to a mis-delivery and I apparently have no recourse. Item was delivered 2 days late and to the wrong address. I immediately contacted FedEx and they told me since it was "Ground Economy" the only option I had was to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and have had no response. This is what I find most unacceptable about the transaction. Item arrived wrapped in strange black plastic with an oily goo/residue inside. Photo is from FedEx; this is not my house!
