  I wish that I could leave 10 stars! Excellent communication, fantastic packing of this computer monitor-arrived in perfect condition! Seller went out of her way to make sure that this monitor was as nice as it appeared after I questioned her on it (before purchase). She rated the condition conservatively; it's nicer than she reported! I wouldn't hesitate to do business again with this seller and hope to do so. If every seller were this accurate in their descriptions all of us would benefit!

  There was an issue with the shipping. This seller spent two days working with me to resolve it, including contacting ebay. She could have just cancelled the order and moved on, but that's not how she does business. We worked everything out and she tracked the package to make sure it got to me without any problems. Honestly, she was great to work with and I, based on my experience, I would encourage anyone to use this seller.
